I am planning a trip to Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Phuket. I am curious about the public restrooms in Thailand. If they are clean, have actual toilets or have toilet paper. The reason I ask is I went on a trip to China and their public restrooms were pretty horrendous. They rarely had actual toilets. They were usually horizontal troughs or urinals built into the ground and you have to squat over a hole that usually had no flushing system, urine all over the floor, an overwhelming nauseating stench, sometimes no stalls or doors and of course, no toilet paper!
