Resolved Question: Tipping in Pattaya/Bangkok?

How much do you tip for: A 200 baht foot massage- A 300 baht oil massage- A 150 baht meal- do you tip the cleaning lady at your hotel? do you tip the reception at the hotel? Do you even tip people who give you a massage? Do you tip the lady at the internet cafe? How much? this isnt a hoax question, but I really like your answer. Everyone in Pattaya expects a tip, you even have fake monks walk into your foot massage, chime their stupid bell and hold their hand out for a donation.... Fuck off buddy I am trying to get a goddamn massage. Basically everyone is after your money, so I am trying to see if I am a greedy bastard, or if its everyone else trying to prey on me. Marmalade- I think your stupid. A lady who isnt friendly gets 150 baht from you for a massage. Thanks for telling her that she can be unfriendly to me and still expect a tip(150 baht which is more than any lady working 10 hours in a factory will make in a day!).
